Individual Therapy

I work to help each client in an individualized fashion to explore one’s strengths and delve into struggles. No one is a diagnosis but the experiences of depression, anxiety and trauma can impact our well-being and daily functioning. I am flexible with my therapeutic style, allowing the client to drive the session while offering feedback, guidance, and the occasional push in order to work towards collaborative goals. The therapeutic relationship is also a safe, nonjudgemental setting to laugh together and share successes.

We all go through times of transition and stress. The human experience can be deepened when one stops for an hour a week to talk about needs and wants and explores the past and present to create meaning.

Therapy is self-care.
